About the Opportunity:
In this pivotal position, you’ll drive the execution of our Global Corporate Affairs strategy and 2030 roadmap, leading high-impact projects across a global network and collaborating with senior leaders and diverse teams. Leveraging your expertise in project management and strategic planning, you’ll shape key initiatives, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure our programmes deliver lasting value. Accountabilities:
Lead critical projects across GCA, adapting work plans to meet evolving needs and requirements, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, capturing business requirements and understanding project/programme impacts.
Apply specialist knowledge in project management, planning, budgets, and methodologies.
Support the assessment, development, and delivery of the GCA strategy aligned with company ambitions and priorities.
Lead the process for gathering inputs and synthesizing data for quarterly Scorecard and monthly CEO performance updates.
About You:
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to generate actionable business insights.
Proven track record of managing conflicting priorities and diverse stakeholder expectations while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and flexibly, proactively engaging and taking initiative.
High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Essential Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of five years’ experience in programme or project management, demonstrating an ability to shape and deliver innovative solutions with significant impact.
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic, complex, cross-functional, and multi-site projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed commitments to drive substantial business value.
Experience managing large budgets and collaborating globally to accurately track and reconcile project data.
Background in consultancy, ideally with a leading management consulting firm (such as Deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, or similar), or experience within a complex global organization.
Strong ability to use structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven approaches to address ambiguous, cross-functional business challenges.
Recognized executive presence, with experience presenting complex insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Previous experience in healthcare and/or Corporate Affairs is highly advantageous.
